1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xx87 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at xx87.club. By accessing the xx87 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, tournament, or promotional activity offered through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the xx87 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update or revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

xx87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice beyond a notification posted on the platform. Significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered account holders at the contact email address held on file. Your continued use of the platform following notification of a material change constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an xx87 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of xx87 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had an xx87 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering only one account in your own legal name and with your own valid identification details.

xx87 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle to verify that the age eligibility requirement is met. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided will be suspended, and any balance held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of xx87 services, you are required to create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. xx87 relies on the information you submit to conduct identity verification, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your account. Any inaccuracy in the registration information you supply constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

The following rules govern xx87 account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account only: Each individual player may hold exactly one xx87 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. False, incomplete, or misleading registration information will render your account subject to immediate suspension.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xx87 will treat any activity carried out through your account as authorised by you.
• Password security: You must choose a strong password and must not use the same password on multiple platforms. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify xx87 support.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date. xx87 uses these details for transaction confirmations, security alerts, and responsible gaming communications.
• Verification requests: xx87 may request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xx87 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the rules set out in this section.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's xx87 wallet instantly under normal conditions.
• xx87 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• xx87 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion, for example where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, xx87 may require satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• xx87 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to request supporting documentation where required by applicable financial regulations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xx87 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions (for example, aligned to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions). All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the time the offer is communicated. The following general rules apply to all xx87 bonuses unless explicitly overridden by a specific promotion's individual terms:

• One bonus per player: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contributions are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Uncompleted bonuses and associated funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse prevention: xx87 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics is suspected. This includes the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or coordinated betting patterns designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent.
• Modification and withdrawal: xx87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in to an active offer are not unreasonably disadvantaged.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

xx87 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Creating more than one player account, whether in your own name or using false or borrowed identity details.
• Using any software, robot, script, macro, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with the xx87 platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings obtained as a result of a genuine technical error are void and will be reversed. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the xx87 platform or associated payment infrastructure to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or verification documents to xx87 or any of its verification partners.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct directed at xx87 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the xx87 platform software or infrastructure.

xx87 uses a combination of automated fraud detection systems and human review to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, xx87 reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and report activity to relevant financial crime authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

xx87 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which xx87 may suspend or close an account without prior notice include but are not limited to:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring account suspension or fund retention.
• Detection of prohibited automated software or bot activity associated with the account.

Self-exclusion and voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including those seeking self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the xx87 support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies; this period cannot be shortened once the request has been processed. Any funds held in a self-excluded account (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method once the account closure is confirmed.

Account balance on closure: In cases where an account is closed by xx87 due to a terms breach, xx87 reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonuses. The return of any remaining real-money balance will be at xx87's discretion, subject to completion of identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks.

8 Limitation of Liability

xx87 provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, security, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx87 excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional content.
• Any unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, howsoever caused.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit xx87's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You agree that your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the platform, its services, or these terms is to cease using the platform and close your account. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be addressed first through the xx87 internal complaints process by contacting the support team. xx87 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and xx87 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
